1. 信息收集

DrawVibe 不收集以下信息：

• 您的作品内容或创作数据

1.2 本地存储

您的项目（线条、模型、材质、场景、图层等）保存在当前设备上。我们无法访问这些数据，也不会将其传输到我们的服务器。应用可能会在本机保存必要的偏好设置（例如界面与编辑器选项），这些数据同样留在设备本地。

2. 数据使用

我们不收集个人信息，因此也不会将您的数据用于分析、广告或用户画像。所有编辑与处理均在您的设备上完成。

3. 数据共享

我们不会向第三方共享您的个人信息或作品，因为：

• 我们不收集个人信息
• 作品默认仅保存在本机
• 我们不以自有服务器存储或处理您的作品

4. 作品分享与跨设备打开

您可以通过系统提供的分享或文件功能（如隔空投送、邮件、文件 App、访达等）导出或打开 .rjproject 作品包。该过程由您主动发起，并使用系统能力完成：

• 分享由您手动操作，我们不会自动外发作品
• 接收方、渠道由您选择
• 我们无法访问或监控您分享的内容

5. 第三方服务

DrawVibe 不集成第三方统计分析、广告或数据采集 SDK，也不会为此向外部服务器发送您的个人信息。

6. 数据安全

数据主要保存在本机，安全性取决于：

• 设备自身的锁定、加密与系统安全机制（iOS / iPadOS / macOS）
• 您对设备的物理与账号访问控制

建议定期备份作品，并妥善保管设备。

7. 儿童隐私

DrawVibe 不要求注册账号，也不收集个人信息。我们不会故意收集 13 岁以下儿童的个人信息。设备上的作品由使用者自行管理。

8. 系统权限

仅在您使用相关功能时，系统可能请求以下权限。授权后数据仍在本机处理，我们不会将其上传到我们的服务器：

• 文件访问：用于保存、打开和导入/导出作品（如 .rjproject、DXF、USDZ、OBJ）。
• 照片图库：仅在您主动导入贴图、背景图，或保存渲染图、全景图等到相册时使用。
• 相机（iPhone / iPad）：仅用于增强现实中查看三维模型，不会用于拍摄后上传。
• 麦克风与语音识别：仅在您使用语音输入方向或数值时使用。您可以说完即停，我们不保存语音到服务器。
• 本地网络（如系统提示）：仅用于可选的同一 Wi‑Fi 设备协作。当前版本可能未开放该功能；即使出现提示，也不会把作品上传到我们的服务器。

您可以在系统设置中随时关闭相应权限。关闭后，对应功能可能不可用，但不影响本机已保存的作品。

9. 政策变更

我们可能不时更新本政策。更新后的版本将发布在本页面，并以页面顶部的「最近更新日期」为准。请定期查阅。

10. 您的权利

• 可随时查看、编辑、导出或删除本机作品
• 卸载应用后，本机应用数据将按系统规则删除（请先自行备份）

1. Information Collection

1.1 Information We Do Not Collect

DrawVibe does not collect:

• Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number, etc.)
• Your project content or creative data
• Advertising identifiers or precise location for tracking
• Analytics or behavioral profiles
• Other sensitive personal information

1.2 Local Storage

Projects (lines, models, materials, scenes, layers, and similar content) are stored on your device. We cannot access this data and do not transmit it to our servers. The app may store preferences locally (for example, editor settings). Those remain on the device as well.

2. Data Use

Because we do not collect personal information, we do not use your data for analytics, advertising, or profiling. Editing and processing happen on your device.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal information or projects with third parties:

• We do not collect personal information
• Projects are stored locally by default
• We do not host your projects on our own servers

4. Project Sharing and Opening on Other Devices

You may export or open a .rjproject package using system sharing or file tools (AirDrop, Mail, Files, Finder, and similar). This is initiated by you:

• Sharing is manual; we do not send projects automatically
• You choose the destination and method
• We cannot access or monitor what you share

5. Third-Party Services

DrawVibe does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or data-collection SDKs, and does not send your personal information to external servers for those purposes.

6. Data Security

Because data is stored on the device, security depends on:

• Device lock, encryption, and protections provided by iOS, iPadOS, or macOS
• Who can physically or with an account access the device

We recommend backing up projects regularly and keeping the device secure.

7. Children’s Privacy

DrawVibe does not require an account and does not collect personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Projects on the device remain under the user’s control.

8. System Permissions

The system may ask for the following permissions only when you use the related feature. Data stays on the device and is not uploaded to our servers:

• Files: Save, open, import, and export projects (such as .rjproject, DXF, USDZ, OBJ).
• Photo Library: Only when you import textures or background images, or save renders and panoramas to Photos.
• Camera (iPhone / iPad): Only to view 3D models in augmented reality. We do not upload camera capture to our servers.
• Microphone and Speech Recognition: Only when you use voice input for direction or numeric values. Audio is not stored on our servers.
• Local Network (if shown): Only for optional same-Wi‑Fi collaboration. This feature may be unavailable in the current release. Even if the prompt appears, projects are not uploaded to our servers.

You can revoke permissions in system settings. Related features may stop working; locally saved projects remain on the device.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is published on this page. Please check the “Last Updated” date above.

10. Your Choices

• View, edit, export, or delete projects on the device at any time
• Uninstalling the app removes app data according to the system (back up first)
• Contact us with questions about this policy
